OWIC Rises in Forbes’ 2019 “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” List
February 22, 2019
We are excited to share that Forbes‘ 2019 state-by-state ranking of America’s top wealth advisors includes Wally Obermeyer and Ali Phillips (numbers two and seven, respectively). Phillips rose two spots in this year’s rankings from the 2018 rankings when she was recognized at number nine. Obermeyer Wood was the only firm in Colorado to have two advisors ranked in the top ten.
The annual Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors ranking, developed in conjunction with SHOOK Research, is compiled using an algorithm that employs both qualitative criteria and quantitative data to rank advisors who qualify based on experience level. The qualitative portion is gleaned through a series of thorough telephone and in-person due diligence interviews. The quantitative portion of the ranking algorithm takes into account factors such as assets under management, compliance records, and industry experience. In total, nearly 30,000 advisors were nominated.
We are honored to be included in the rankings, and we believe that it is a reflection of the ongoing partnership, loyalty, and support of all of our clients.
